This project involved the development of warehouse, storage, service, and office areas designed to optimise operational efficiency and functionality. Key components include the installation of inground plumbing and electrical services to ensure reliability and safety throughout the facility. Additionally, ONN1 incorporated advanced communication and security systems to safeguard assets and facilitate seamless connectivity. This initiative aims to create a modern workspace that meets the diverse needs of our operations while promoting a secure and efficient environment.
As the project progressed, the focus shifted towards sustainable practices and environmental responsibility. Eco-friendly materials were selected for construction, and energy-efficient systems were integrated throughout the facility. Solar panels were installed on the roof, providing a renewable energy source that significantly reduces utility costs and the overall carbon footprint of the operation.
To enhance employee well-being and productivity, the design featured ample natural light and open spaces, including collaborative work areas and breakout rooms. These spaces encourage teamwork and creativity, allowing staff to innovate and contribute to the company’s growth actively.
Furthermore, the layout of the warehouse was optimised to streamline workflows. Automated systems for inventory management and order fulfillment were incorporated, significantly reducing manual errors and increasing processing speed. The use of modern robotics for material handling not only improved efficiency but also created a safer work environment by minimising heavy lifting and the risk of injury.
